1. Terms of use of this site


Your rights

The Gut Foundation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website (the "Site") and the mateials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement.  The contents of the Site are only for yur personal, non-commercial use.  You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way.  You must not share this service with any other person or organisation.PrivacyIt's The Gut Foundation's policy to maintain your privacy when you visit our site.  Please read our privacy policy for more information.  If you send us personal details, we will keep them confidentail.  When you send us email, we may use your email address to contact you in future.  We may contact you for clarification or to answer your query, but we will not sell or pass on your details to third parties, except where they act as agents for us and the information is required to deliver the goods or services you have requested from us.

'No commercial use' policy

Our reports and information may not be used in advertising or for any other commercial purpose.  The Gut foundation will take all steps open to it to prevent commercial use of its materials and name.Links to other sitesLinks within this site are provided for your information.  The Gut Foundation does not endorse and has not necessaily verified any of the information available through the use of any link found within the site. All prices are stated in Australian Dollars.

Your rights

Under Australia's Trade Practices Act and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider something you purchase from this site is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described.  These rights are in addition to and not limited by the information below about our cancellation, refunds & returns policy.

Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions to The Gut Foundation operate on a yearly basis.  To keep your membership going you will be issued with a renewal notice on the yearly anniversary and payment is due 30 EOM.  You may cancel at any time but no refunds will be given.

Cancellations, refunds &returns

For all products sold through our online shop you may return any damaged products within 10 days for a prompt refund or exchange.  Shipping cost will be refunded if the problem is a result of our error.  Please make sure that you include the original invoice with the product and that it is securely wrapped. Delivery

All books, booklets and pamphlets ordered online will be despatch via Australia Post within two working days if in stock.  If the product you want is not in stock, you will be notified via the contact details that you gave us, giving you an expected shipping date. Postal & Packing charges are addition for all books, booklets & pamphlets (except for single pamphlets).

Security

All details, inluding credit card information, submitted through this site pass through eWAY's secure 1024 bit bank encryption.


COPYRIGHT POLICY
